All our orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number.

FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our orders normally take between 3-5 days to get to you.

If you order on a weekday before 1pm then we can ship it out that same day, if not it will be the following day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

 We currently ship to everywhere in the UK. 

Stay tuned non-UK residents as we'll be expanding our capabilities to ship to you too soon!

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No, it is not necessary for you to be there to sign for delivery.

Where is my order?

If you haven't received your order within a week, simply get in touch with us and we'll sort it.

What is the returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a full refund, all products must be unopened, unused, and have all seals intact.

Our quality assurance team will inspect all returned items upon receipt. If the above criteria are not met, we cannot issue a refund, and the items will be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please get in contact with us. Please note that we do not offer exchanges; you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
